Shipping and Returns

REFUND POLICY

Any INDAH RAW product can be returned, and your money refunded, ONLY if goods are returned, unopened and in their original condition, within 7 days from receipt of goods.

Money will be refunded in the way that you tendered.

The value of the INDAH RAW product will be refunded only, not the freight portion. Please see further details on our return and cancellation policy.

DELIVERY

All Australian shipments will be dispatched by Australian Air Express, within 48 hours of placing your order.
Shipments within Australia will be charged at AU$9.20 per order (500g or less)
Most destinations in Australia will be within 48 hours (next business day)
Remote destinations can take a bit longer.

STOCK

If for any reason stock is not available, a notice will appear informing you when the product you're after will be back in stock, so you can return and order at a later date.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order.
Shipments made internationally will be charged at an amount agreed upon. Please email  HYPERLINK "mailto:info@indah.com.au"info@indah.com.au for an accurate price.
Most destinations World Wide will be delivered within 5-10 working days.
In some countries products may be undeliverable due to customs. Please check your local customs office before ordering.

SECURITY

INDAH RAW uses Paypal a secure shopping site. Please visit Paypal’s T&C’s if you have any issues. INDAH RAW will not take any responsibility if there is any fraudulent activity. Please see our Privacy Policy page for further information.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
When shopping at INDAH RAW online, all products sold are of the exact same standard and quality of those sold in stores. If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture, smell don't seem right), you may request an exchange of opened product.

INDAH RAW will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error.
If it is found the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.
If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and shipping will be paid for by INDAH RAW.

To do this, you must obtain a return authorisation number from Paypal or your online banking statement.

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. INDAH RAW will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form.
